Privacy Policy

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Dispatch and waitlist information: the email address you submit to join the Dispatch or to reserve RX Pro.
• Contact information: email address and message content if you write to us, including corrections and tips.
• Usage and device data: standard web logs such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and referring site.
• Analytics, if enabled: a measurement identifier on the site may load Google Analytics. That provider then sees typical usage data under its own policy.
• Purchase information: if you later buy a licence, the payment processor collects billing details. We receive confirmation of purchase, not your full payment card number.
• Theme preference: the light or dark setting is stored in your browser (local storage). It does not identify you to us.

We do not collect audio processed by RX on your computer. Core DSP, transcription, callsign extraction, DXCC lookup, and ADIF logging run locally on your device unless you turn on an optional online plugin.

• To notify you about trials, launch, founding offers, and product news you asked for
• To respond to support, corrections, and other contact
• To operate, secure, and improve the website
• To complete a purchase when checkout is open
• To comply with law and to enforce the Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information.

Where GDPR or similar law applies, we process personal data on these bases:

• Your consent (for example joining the Dispatch or the waitlist)
• Performance of a contract, or steps before a contract (for example delivering a licence you bought)
• Our legitimate interests in running and securing the site, balanced against your rights
• Legal obligations when required

We may share data with:

• Service providers that host the site, store list emails, send mail, process payments, and (if enabled) run analytics
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

Those providers may process data in the EU, Serbia, the US, or other countries with appropriate safeguards. Optional RX plugins you enable (for example QRZ.com or a DX cluster) send data to those operators under their terms, not under a TangoXray sale of your data.

We use local storage to remember light or dark theme. The site may set cookies or similar files needed to keep pages working. If Google Analytics is configured, that service may set its own cookies.

You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect site features. Theme preference lives in local storage and stays on your device.

RX does not upload received audio, voice transcripts, extracted callsigns, or your ADIF log as part of normal Core or Pro use. There is no product telemetry channel for QSO content.

If you enable an online plugin, that plugin talks to the third party you chose. Turn it off and that traffic stops. Recordings you make with your own station remain yours.

We keep Dispatch and waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them or until the list is no longer needed, unless we must keep a record longer for legal or security reasons. Support mail is kept as long as needed to finish the conversation and to maintain a corrections record. Analytics data follows the provider defaults and our operational needs. Purchase records are kept as required for accounting.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent (for example leave the Dispatch or the waitlist)
• Data portability, where applicable

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The site and product are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last updated date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
